Drei beispielhafte Artikel

B movies (The Exploitation boom)

»The 1960s and 1970s mark the golden age of the independent B movie, made outside of Hollywood’s major film studios. As censorship pressures lifted in the early 1960s, the low-budget end of the American motion picture industry increasingly incorporated the sort of sexual and violent elements long associated with so-called exploitation films. The death of the Production Code in 1968 and the major success of the exploitation-style Easy Rider the following year fueled the trend through the subsequent decade. The success of the B-studio exploitation movement had a significant effect on the strategies of the major studios during the 1970s.«

Hong Kong action cinema

»… is the principal source of the Hong Kong film industry’s global fame. It combines elements from the action movie, as codified by Hollywood, with Chinese storytelling and aesthetic traditions, to create a culturally distinctive form that nevertheless has a wide transcultural appeal. In recent years, the flow has reversed somewhat, with American and European action films being heavily influenced by Hong Kong genre conventions.«

Usavich (from Japanese "usagi", rabbit)

»… is a series of animated short films being produced for MTV Japan by Kanaban Graphics since 2006. It’s about an odd couple of rabbits imprisoned in a Russian prison. While the first season shows the absurd everyday occurances of the two rabbits’ prison life, the second season tells the adventures of their escape and life on the run. So far, 26 episodes have been produced.«

Drei Vier beispielhafte Listen

List of fictional books

»A fictional book is a non-existent book created specifically for (i.e. within) a work of fiction.«

List of fictional sports teams

»This is a list of fictional sports teams, athletics groups that have been identified by name in works of fiction but do not really exist as such.«

List of fictional universes

»This is a list of fictional universes, organized by genre and by sub-genre. The term universe can be misleading, since some of them are supposed to occur in our own world, but in a fictional future (sci-fi) or past (Hyborian Age) timeline. Because one author’s universe may produce stories in different genres, it may be listed in more than one place.«

»This is an incomplete list, which may never be able to satisfy certain standards for completeness. Revisions and sourced additions are welcome.«
